The settlement of Rehovoth, just outside Tel Aviv, completed today its festive celebration of the 60th anniversary of its founding. Announcement was made that by decision of the Ministry of the Interior, the settlement would now have municipal status. Rehovoth, one of the garden spots of Israel, is the seat of the Weizmann Institute.
