Germany is flooding Alsace-Lorraine with anti-Semitic letters addressed to French citizens in the territory, French newspapers charged today. The mail campaign was said to have been resorted to in an effort to counteract French Government measures to combat anti-Semitic propaganda within the country. Many Alsatians were reported to be receiving envelopes containing anti-Jewish caricatures and leaflets.
