Reich Holds Sudeten Germans ‘sovereign People’

The Sudeten Germans in Czechoslovakia do not constitute a “minority” but are a sovereign people sufficiently numerous and predominant in the territory they occupy to be accorded untrammeled national rights, the official Diplomatic and Political Correspondence, organ of the German Foreign Office, said today.
