A report made public today by the Dominion Bureau of Statistics showed that imports from Germany to Canada during the first six months of the fiscal year between April and September, 1934, amounted to $5,140,000 as compared to $4,765,000 in the same period of the previous year.

The rise in imports is attributed to the fact that many Canadian Jewish merchants are still carrying on trade with Nazi Germany, breaking the boycott front.
