The Ludwigshafen correspondent of Der Stuermer, Julius Streicher’s pornographic anti-Semitic weekly, was today sentenced to a month’s imprisonment for denouncing the mayor of Schaverenheim for allegedly patronizing Jewish shops.
The court issued a verdict clearing the mayor of what it termed a “heinous offense” and ordered Der Stuermer to publish the decision.
