An open door to Jewish immigration in Palestine was demanded yesterday in a resolution adopted at the closing session of a conference of Mizrachi, orthodox Zionist organization.
Other resolutions were adopted in support of Dr. Chaim Weizmann, president of the Jewish Agency for Palestine, and expressing regret that the Zionist Executive had not carried out the decisions of the 1935 World Zionist Congress regarding Sabbath observance in Jewish settlements in Palestine. The resolution insisted the decisions must be carried out.
