A questionnaire directed to Jews obliging them under threat of heavy penalties to declare property and other assets in the Reich has been issued by the German Government and is now being circulated in the Union of South Africa, The Times reported today from Johannesburg. Another questionnaire asks all bearers of German passports to furnish information about themselves, particularly with reference to military service, the report said.
