A special arrangement by which Czechoslovakian Jews residing in Germany will be permitted to remove to Czechoslovakia a substantial part of their capital, it was announced here tonight. According to the plan, the Czech Jews will receive Reichsbank checks payable by the Czechoslovakian National Bank in liquidation of capital tied up in Germany.
It is believed here that the concession is due to the fact that Germany has a large balance in the Czech bank and also because Czechoslovakia is the only small nation fully protecting the rights and interests of its Jewish citizens residing in Germany.
