“We are convinced that eventually the Jewish question will be solved in Germany under the present laws of the state. We there-fore find it impossible to cooperate with Jewish organizations holding a different attitude and believe it impossible for the Reich representation to become the united front of German Jewry. Our stant does not, however, prevent our cooperation in practical questions such as occupational, welfare and economic reconstruction, no-does it prevent our assisting those compelled to emigrate.”
