Albert Fuchs, former merchant and president of the Moscow Kehillah, who was arrested last week on charges of mismanagement in the Trudcredit, an association of artisans’ cooperatives, was released today from prison.
The charges brought against him were proved unfounded. Mr. Fuchs had succeeded Isaac Urison, well-known Moscow jurist, as head of the Trudcredit. Recently Mr. Urison was similarly arrested and released.
