Over $250,000 worth of relief supplies were shipped to Europe in the first three months of 1946 by the Committee for Overseas Relief supplies of the World Jewish Congress and the American Jewish Congress, it was announced today.
The World Jewish Congress also announced that it has received a letter from Harel Hudec, Czechoslovak consul in New York, expressing his thanks for five cases of Jewish school books, which were sent to Jewish schools in Czechoslovakia.
