Religion has caused many gulfs between peoples, Israel’s Ashkenazic chief rabbi told more than 100 leaders of different religious faiths in Thailand. “But religion can also be a bridge,” Israel Meir Lau said Wednesday. “Let’s build the bridges and work together to freedom, to love, to peace for the entire world.”
