Miss Vera Bloom, daughter of Representative Sol Bloom of New York, is so far the only Washington girl to be announced as among those to be presented at the Court of St. James May 27. With her mother she sailed for Europe weeks ago and will be joined by Representative Bloom when Congress adjourns.
