Rep. Klein Introduces Bill into Congress to Bar Discrimination in District of Columbia

A bill to curb religious and racial discrimination in the District of Columbia was introduced in the House of Representatives yesterday by Rep. Arthur G. Klein. The measure would” end discrimination by rental agents, hotels, restaurants, and all commercial establishments, except private clubs.
