The World-Telegram reported today that partisans of the 17 Christian Front defendants in the seditious conspiracy trial had made an effort to influence the jurors by sending them pamphlets.

Cross-examination of Dennis Healy, chief prosecution witness, continued today, with Healy testifying in reply to questions that one of the defendants, Claus Ernecke, favored segregation of Jews in ghettos and had said that if the United States went to war against Germany he would return to the Reich to fight for Hitler.
