The session of the plenum of the General Council of the World Zionist Organization was adjourned today to permit the various commissions appointed to formulate resolutions to be referred to the Actions Committee for approval or rejection, to complete their work.

General interest centers on the attitude to be adopted by the sub-committee which is considering the statement of Zionist policy toward the report of Lewis French, Palestine Land Commissioner.

According to reports today the prevailing viewpoint favors the complete rejection of the French report on the ground that its recommendations are contrary to the provisions of the mandate for Palestine.

The praesidium of the Actions Committee announced that its sessions will continue until Tuesday or Wednesday, thus creating a new precedent. The Administrative Committee of the Jewish Agency for Palestine opens its sessions on Sunday, August 7th which continue until August 9th. In the past, it has been the custom of the Actions Committee to adjourn before the meeting of the Administrative Committee so that the latter organization had the final say.
