The Ica-Joint Foundation, composed of the Jewish Colonization Association and the Joint Distribution Committee, has received a telegram from Marmorosh, Transylvania, that anti-Semitic followers of Prof. Alexander Cuza set fire to the Jewish village of Borscha. Some 128 houses have been destroyed and 2,000 people left without a roof. Their need is terrible and urgent relief is required.
