A memorandum demanding the full return of Germany’s pre-war colonies, pointing out that Old Germany never had in its possessions incidents such as Great Britain now has in Palestine, will be presented to the British Government soon by Chancellor Adolf Hitler, the foreign affairs commentator Genevieve Tabous reported today in L’Oeuvre. Mme. Tabouis predicted that Britain would refuse, but might agree to set up a colony for Germany in Central Africa, asking a share from France and a slice of Ethiopia from Italy.
