Jews in Bolivia are living in an atmosphere of insecurity, Dr. Abraham Mibashan, who has just returned here from a United Jewish Campaign mission to La Paz, reported today.
Although the Bolivian Government is liberal, Dr. Mihashan asserted, the majority of the population tends to be antagonistic towards all foreign groups living in the country. They consider that the Jews, most of whom are newly-arrived immigrants, fall into that category, he said.
