Allocation of the first funds sent to Poland by the American Committee Appeal for Relief of Jews in Poland has been reported to the committee by Dr. Szoszkies, secretary of the distributing committee in Poland. The report covers $17,000 of the $50,000 sent to date.

Allocations were: $4,000 for constructive aid to artisans, $4,000 for training youths intending to emigrate to Palestine, $4,000 for relief of displaced Jewish professionals, $2,000 for Jews in disorder stricken areas and $3,000 for relief of several thousand Jewish families deprived of livelihood through Government edict.
