The British commission sent here to investigate colonization possibilities on behalf of the Intergovernmental Refugee Committee was understood today to have completed its report, which will be forwarded shortly to London. Sir James Donnet, chairman of the commission, and H. Croud, one of the members, are leaving for Nyasaland to study settlement possibilities there.
