The Financial Times reported from Beirut today that Lebanon was seeking an emergency meeting of the Arab League to work out a unified policy toward Palestinian guerrillas. The Times attributed its information to informed sources who said Lebanon aimed at having the other 14 member states of the League share responsibility for guerrilla activities so that Lebanon need not bear the burden alone. The Lebanese Government fell last week after three days of bloody rioting by students and Palestinian refugees who demanded closer cooperation with the guerrillas.
