Capt. A. Ramatti, representative of various national Israel institutions, arrived here to help launch and conduct a fund drive for Israel.
A committee of local personalities was formed to assist Capt. Ramatti and the drive was lunched at a meeting at which he described current conditions in Israel. He left here for a visit to Japan whence he will return soon. At that time the campaign results will be announced.
