The Israel Foreign Ministry, in a cable from Tel Aviv, today notified Reuben Rubin, Israel Minister to Rumania, that his request to be relieved of his post has been granted. The Ministry’s communication stressed that Mr. Rubin’s appointment to the Bucharest post had been for one year only. The Israel Minister will return to Israel next month. First Secretary of the legation Eliezer Helevy will become the Israel charge d’affaires here.
