Researchers at Israeli and U.S. institutions have developed what could be a basis for an antidote to anthrax. The scientists at Israel’s Technion — Israel Institute of Technology and the Scripps Research Institute in California have developed an antibiotic that neutralizes a key protein found in anthrax toxins, according to a paper published in the German journal Angewandte Chemie.
