The International Union of Resistance Fighters, at its annual convention here, adopted a unanimous resolution tonight calling upon the Federal Republic of Germany to establish diplomatic relations with Israel “immediately.” Such relationship between West Germany and Israel, the resolution declared, “would not only help live down Germany’s past, but would also help purify and strengthen the free nations of the world.”
