An organization of war-injured Belgian resistance fighters and soldiers issued an appeal today to veterans and victims of war all over the world to struggle against a revival of Nazism and to demand punishment for the perpetrators of war crimes and crimes against humanity. The call came from the Union Democratique des Combattants Invalides et Mutiles meeting in Antwerp which also urged rejection of the belief in the inevitability of war and urged the Belgian government to support United Nations efforts for peace.
