New York restaurant owners will dine out next Saturday evening, when a dinner in honor of Nathaniel Phillips, general counsel to the United Restaurant Owners’ Association of New York State for the past twelve years, will be given at the Hotel Biltmore. Mayor LaGuardia is expected to speak at the dinner, of which William Fellowes Morgan Jr., Commissioner of Public Markets, is honorary chairman. Other speakers include Aldermanic President Bernard S. Deutsch, A. B. Carder, chairman of the National Restaurant Code Authority and president of the National Restaurant Association, and Joseph Burger. Mr. Phillips will respond.
