Lack of implementation regulations for the Federal indemnification law which officially went into effect October 1, is delaying the work of the Bavarian Restitution Office, Max Troberg, its director stated today.
Although the present indemnification legislation has a number of drawbacks and obvious disadvantages, he pointed out, at least it is a beginning to a “final, just and adequate settlement” of indemnification claims.
