Retrict Jews’ Immigration into Palestine, Arabs Ask

A second memorandum asking that Jewish immigration be restricted has been submitted to the High Commissioner by the Supreme Moslem Council.

Emissaries are being sent to various centers in Palestine’s capitol by the Arab Youth’s Congress. Their expressed intention is to agitate against what they call “the stream of Zionists” that is coming into the land. Meetings of protest have been held at the Nebi Rubin festival and at Beisan.
