Reports that industry, especially in privately-owned establishments, is “asleep” in Germany, were brought here today by Judge Daniel J. Kenefick, former Supreme Court Justice and district attorney, who recently spent a week observing conditions in Berlin.

The Judge explained that Hitler’s eat strength lies in the fact that he had unified the German factions, and had put two and a half million people back to work. Much of the anti-Jewish feeling, he was told, is due to the considerable number of eminent positions held by Jews, and intermarriage.
