The National Labor Federation of the Revisionist Party today officially accepted an invitation by the Histadruth, the Federation of Jewish Labor, for a new parley after the rejection of the peace agreement with Jabotinsky during the recent Histadruth plebiscite.
In accepting the Histadruth’s invitation, the Revisionist body stated that new negotiations for peace can be concluded successfully under the following conditions:
1.—Agreements between employers and employes for obligatory arbitration and the recognition of neutral labor bureaus under a unified economic council.
2.—Equal distribution of labor in Palestine, with satisfactory working conditions, and competition between the Histadruth and the Revisionist labor organizations avoided in the wage scales set by the two organizations.
3.—A system to prevent strikes and lockouts.
4.—The principle of employing Jewish labor only by Jewish employers to be recognized.
