The immediate appointment of an emergency political committee to be composed of three representatives of the Zionist Opposition and three of the Zionist Executive with a seventh agreed upon by both was demanded in proposals submitted to the Zionist Executive by the League of Zionist Revisionists.
The League also saks for summoning an extraordinary session of the Zionist Congress to be held the latest in December 1929. Until that time the present Zionist Executive is to remain in power in all Zionist matters with the exception of political matters which are to be conducted by the emergency committee. The League submitted its program as outlined in resolutions previously adopted and added the demand that the Zionist Executive now insist on the abrogation of the Churchill White Paper of 1922 and the opening of Transjordania for new Jewish immigration.
