The Jewish National Labor Alliance, newly-formed Revisionist Zionist labor organization, today proclaimed the twentieth of Tamuz, July 3, the anniversary of the death of Dr. Theodor Herzl, as Jewish Labor Day.

The action of the Revisionists is intended to counteract the celebration of May 1 as Labor Day by the Histadruth, official Palestine Labor Federation.

A call was issued by the Revisionists group asking all Jewish workers to abstain from work on July 3.
