The president of the Northern Rhine province, whose headquarters are in Dussledorf, has been asked to prepare uniform regulations, concerning property which was stolen from Jews under the Nazi regime, it was learned here today.
At the same time, the Dussledorf welfare committee announced that Jews who had received allocations of furniture were excused from paying any fees.
