Richard Beer-Hoffman is the writer who dramatized a number of stories from the Bible. He is the author of “Jacob’s Dream,” “Saul,” “David” and “Solomon,” and many other plays that have gained wide recognition.
The appointment of Rabbi Emil W. Leipziger. of New Orleans, as chairman of the Social Service Committee of the Independent Order B’nai B’rith, was announced by Alfred M. Cohen, president of the Order.
