Right-wing Jews announced plans to disguise themselves as Arabs and pray on Jerusalem’s Temple Mount despite a ban on non-Muslims visiting the site. Saying the plan will go into effect “in the next few weeks,” Baruch Marzel, a leading member of the outlawed anti-Arab Kach movement, told Reuters, “We’re going to do it systematically.”
