Rio de Janeiro and Tel Aviv will become twin cities, according to Dr. Marcos Tamoio, Mayor of the Brazilian city. Tamoio, who recently visited Israel, said the agreement will be signed during the forth-coming visit to Rio of Tel Aviv Mayor Shlomo Lehat.
