The ritual murder agitation carried on by the anti-Semites re-echoed in the Prussian Diet yesterday when the member of the National Socialist Party, Deputy Ley, brought up the Manau case.

Ley asserted that the belief in the ritual murder practice by Jews, constitutes a dogma of the Catholic religion. In support of this assertion he quoted the saying of Pope Sixtus IV. He further asserted that the Chassidic sect even today practices the ritual murder.

His scandalous and libelous assertions met with strong expressions of indignation on the part of the Democratic and Centrum deputies. Deputy Linneborn, Centrum, vehemently contradicted the assertion that ritual murder belief is a Catholic dogma. Pastor Grauf, Democrat, denounced the attempts to revive the ritual murder tale and declared he wishes that this infamous libel which casts reflection and shame on those who entertain it would disappear.
