Robert Manning, wanted in the United States, on charges connected to a 1980 mail-bombing murder in California, has filed another in a long series of appeals against his extradition from Israel.
Last week, the High Court of Justice rejected a previous appeal, ruling he should be extradited to the United States within two months.
In this latest petition, filed Tuesday, Manning argued that as an Israeli citizen he could be tried in Israel on felonies committed abroad, even if he was not an Israeli citizen at the time of the alleged crime.
