Mrs. Bella Moses, who for many years was actively and generously interested in the Madison House Society and treasurer of the Felicia Fresh Air Fund of the Ethical Culture Society, died on Thursday, at the Mt. Sinai Hospital after a long illness. She was sixty-nine years of age and is the mother of Robert Moses, chairman of the State Council of Parks and president of the Long Island State Park Commission. Mrs. Moses was the widow of Emanuel Moses, merchant and philanthropist, who for many years was a trustee of the Madison House Society.
