A newly-formed campus group announced today that George Rockwell, the Nazi Party leader, will speak at Brown University on November 30 at its invitation. An earlier student invitation to the Nazi was cancelled under university administration pressure.

S.C. Visher, a spokesman for “Open Mind,” said the group had decided to sponsor a Rockwell appearance because of student “resentment” over the cancellation. Rockwell accepted an invitation to speak on that date at alumni hall of Pembroke College, a women’s affiliate of Brown University.
