Israel Rogosin, chairman of Beaunit Mills of New York, arrived in Israel last night with two experts to start work on a multi-million dollar rayon factory in which he is investing $14 million.
Mr. Rogosin was scheduled to select personally the site for the plant which will later use locally-produced raw materials. The first unit of the projected factory was scheduled to start operating three months after the initial buildings are finished.
