Samuel J. Rosenson and Lawrence Berenson, members of the administrative committee of the Zionist Organization of America, tendered their resignation from the committee, the Jewish Daily Bulletin learns.
In Zionist circles the resignations were widely commented upon because of the fact that they were submitted on the arrival of Dr. Weizmann in the United States. The reasons given for the resignations are said to be dissatisfaction with the administration of Dr. Weizmann in London and Mr. Lipsky in America.
The letter of the two resigning members was submitted to a joint meeting of the administrative committee of the Zionist Organization held Wednesday. It was stated that the resignations were accepted by a unanimous vote.
