Rosh Hashanah greetings from the Moscow Chief Rabbi and from heads of communities in Rumania, Bulgaria, Czechoslovakia and Poland, were received here by the office of the Chief Rabbinate of Israel. The greetings from Moscow arrived Tuesday night, having been apparently delayed.
