An agreement, arranging for special frontier points through which will be regulated the repatriation of Ukranian and Roumanian Jewish refugees, was signed today by the respective delegations meeting in Bucharest. The agreement will, however, go into effect after the Russo-Roumanian Trade Agreement has been ratified. The special frontier points were created because in the past, a number of Jewish refugees while attempting to cross the Dneister were fired upon from the Roumanian and Russian borders. The points of control are at Tighins. Cetatea, Alba and Atebi.
