“Rador,” the Roumanian news agency, has sent out a statement by Minister of Education Costachescu, who was an eye-witness to the recent student excesses in Jassy. In this statement the Minister declares that he will not rest until the University in Jassy will be freed from politics and that he will see to it that all the guilty ones are arrested, even if they fill the jails to overflowing.
