The recent series of outbreaks against Jewish students in Roumania has resulted in their virtual absence for the time being from all classes.

All of the departments of the various Roumanian universities are functioning as before the disturbances, except that no Jews are to be seen in the classes. The anti-Semitic students in the law departments have given notice that they will continue to press their demands for the introduction of the “numerus clausus”.
