The offices of the Union of Roumanian Jews, of which Dr. William Filderman is the president, as well as the offices of the Federation of Jewish Communities in Roumania were searched by the police at an order issued by the military attorney general, a report received from Bucharest today states.
According to the report, the police confiscated a number of documents. The anti-Semitic newspapers report that an information bureau intended for the foreign press and calculated to harm the interests of Roumania was discovered by the police.
