Freedom of action, such as the holding of large meetings and festivities, was demanded by the Roumanian students, followers of the anti-Semitic leader, Alexander Cuza, at their congress held here recently.
Information as to what transpired at the congress was obtainable today as the Bucharest newspapers published the resolutions adopted by the Cuzists in connection with the commencement of the new school year. In their resolutions, the Cuzists demand that students be prohibited from participating in any other political organization except in such national organizations which favor “the policy of Christian students.”
The Christian Students League, said to have been dissolved by the government some time ago, is to amalgamate with the Roumanian religious order of Archangel Michael, according to a resolution. All Roumanian students were also urged to wear the sign of the Christian Students League.
